MV Britannic 1930 UK White Star ocean liner 1:1800 scale

A diecast waterline model in 1/1800 scale produced in the late 1930s by the famous UK maker Dinky.  The model is in  original condition and complete, paint is worn and flaking and there are some fine fatigue cracks in the model although the model is still flat and un-bowed.  Complete with its original masts. Most of the early Dinky range seem to suffer from metal fatigue but this one is still flat.  Cheap model for a restoration project. approx.123mm long.

These early models do contain lead so are not suitable as toys or for those under 14 years old.
